on Networks with Nickserv just use the last tab on the network connection (the network (globe) not server)

on Quakenet put the following in "onLogin" in the network config
Code:
MSG -q Q@CServe.quakenet.org AUTH <USER> <pw>
mode $me +x

In the icon list is a icon with a computertower and a gear, push it.
You are now in the Server config, there you choose your Network. A Network is a Globe and a little arrow, if you push the arrow you get (or hide) the server List, the servers are marked with a Screen and a computer. You have to choose the globe/Network icon. Click on Advanced.

You get the "Server" Options with tabs "General, Join Channels, On Connect, On Login, Nickserv"

There you go to Nickserv, enable NIckServ Identification and add a rule.

There the Registered Nickname is your nickname.
NickservMask is easiest obtaint with an "whois Nickserv" for Freenode it is "NickServ!NickServ@services."
The Message Regexp is "This nickname is registered. Please choose a different nickname, or identify via /msg NickServ identify <password>." on Freenode
Identify Command is the command you use to identify. msg -q for quite msg, this means that it is only send to the server and not echo to you.

For FreeNode and only for FreeNode there is the specialtiy that you may put your Password into the "Password" Field on the General tab, so FreeNode will identify you on connect.

Hope that helps
Greetings

Okay, well, I figured it out, but not the way you told me. I went to servers>advanced>On Connect>and put in "msg nickserv IDENTIFY [password]". It now automatically Identity's me but is it efficient?

efficient... if it works -- yes Wink
But less secure. If the services are down due a netsplit or so someone else could get the nickname NickServ and so recieve your password.
