Okay I need help.  I am having trouble with IRC that has me completely stumped. I have been trying to connect to 216.52.240.141 all morning and 199.9.251.206 since last night but keep receiving "network is unreachable". I get a successful ping for the first one but a network timed out for the second. The rub here is the first one is ustream.tv and the second one is justin.tv; both of whose respective webchats (irc based) load fine. I am posting this here, justintv, and ustream in hopes that someone somewhere can help me out. I don't have much faith in the other two places I listed. I'm also hoping that someone has had this problem in the past and has found a solution besides changing IRC clients permanently, as not many of them can handle UTF-8 (also i really like this client).
